E-waste Management Workshop at Accra

Importation of electrical and electronic waste commonly known as E-waste, and the absence of well organized management and collection systems of the E-waste have a great impact on the environment as well as in the economic aspect of Ghana and most African countries. Mr. Daniel Amalo, Deputy Director of the Environmental Protection Agency have held some workshops about E-waste management in Accra. According to him, the burned E-waste have worsen the pollution in their soil and water resources. More of the story on the link below.
