Real Life Tech Support Down and Ugly... Stupid Questions and Good Answers.

(09:59:32 AM) Customer: Nancy's computer popped up some stupid thing about her holding the shift key down more than 8 seconds and she hit yes
(09:59:39 AM) Customer: and now her keyboard is not responding
(09:59:51 AM) Customer: do you know anything about that or what
(09:59:57 AM) Tech Support: well that serves shes her right for using Windows. When do you want to upgrade her system to Linux?
(10:00:14 AM) Customer: Well hell she didnt know what it was
(10:00:23 AM) Tech Support: why answer yes?
(10:00:30 AM) Tech Support: It is an option for disabled people, is she disabled?
(10:00:44 AM) Tech Support: Now she has to pretend she is disabled to figure it out
(10:01:19 AM) Customer: she didnt read the whole thing
(10:01:31 AM) Customer: now dont be mean
(10:01:41 AM) Customer: she is very sensitive
(10:01:59 AM) Tech Support: then she needs to file a complaint with Bill Gates over Windows abuse
(10:02:06 AM) Customer: she knows she did something wrong and i just need to know what to do now

(10:02:31 AM) Tech Support: reboot.. or use a sledge hammer on her computer (the better solution)
(10:03:09 AM) Tech Support: You want me to go buy a new computer, load Windows on it, hold down the shift key for 8 seconds to see what they are talking about and how to turn the option off? And, then throw the thing away as I don't want anything that's been infested with Windows in my place
