Sky News exposé recently gave a PC repair shop a bad name, to say the least. Sky News conducted a test in London on different computer stores concerning the expertise of the technicians.
They purposely loosened a memory chip in a laptop to see how the tech would then approach the scenario. All the tech had to do would have been to reverse the process: put it back firmly in place. Surveillance equipment was used on the laptop after leaving it for repair, just to see what the technicians would do.
