Tablet Wars: Samsung Banned in US due ot Design?

Samsung and Apple are currently head to head to having the dominance in the tablet market. Apple still have the lead the Korean maker is closely following. Apples claims that Samsung's Galaxy tabs infringes many of their patented functionalities but those claims would take years to prove. Apple wants to ban their competitor's product in many places which they claim infringes many of iPad's features and design. A US judge might grant's Apple's wishes not based on utility but with how it looks.

Samsung vs Apple: Design Infringement Case Continues

In a world of technology, a secret race or war takes place, and that is who would be on top. There is without a doubt that this position has been held by Apple in terms of mobile devices with the iPhone and iPad, and Microsoft with PC. Any other companies that even tried to imitate or copy to the exact details will be facing lawsuits after lawsuits.
