What inspired you to launch your own website?
To provide an excellent service based within Northern Ireland to all our customers.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Several years ago. Was just a personal website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Much deliberation and a comment from one of our customers who said: I've a good vibe about you guys". He since has told us he was right :-)
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Exceptional value for money and experienced IT guys who care about helping customers get to grips with their computer issues.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To ensure all our customers receive exceptional service and come away happy.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We invest a lot of time, but feel great fulfillment in what we do.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Greater advertising and more staff.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We would do our very best.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Too many to talk about. None of which were unsurmountable.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting people to know about us.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Word of mouth.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Approximately the same.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Approx 1year. We plan to keep it as long as we continue to be successful.
